Services and pricing
Our published prices are listed on our Pricing page. One-time services are paid in full before work begins; we don't offer payment plans. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. If a signed service agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Cancellations and refunds
For one-time projects: if you cancel before work begins, you get a full refund. If you cancel after work has started, any refund is limited to the portion of work not yet completed, as described in your signed agreement.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own your website content, your domain, and the accounts set up in your name.
Your content
When you give us photos, logos, text, or other materials to use, you confirm you have the rights to use them.
Third-party services
Some services rely on outside platforms, such as hosting, domains, AI phone and chat, automation, email, and business listings. You pay those providers directly, and accounts are created in your name. We're not responsible for their outages, pricing, or policy changes.
No guarantees
We work hard to get results, but we don't guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, reviews, leads, calls, or revenue.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, North Coast Web Company LLC may text you about your inquiry, appointments, and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Website content and tools
Our pricing calculator, Free Visibility Check, Marketing Advisor, chat assistant, and other site content provide estimates and general information only. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Our website content
The text, design, logos, and other materials on this site belong to North Coast Web Company LLC. You're welcome to view the site and share links for personal use. Please don't scrape it, copy it for commercial use, reverse-engineer it, or access it with harmful automated tools.
Prohibited uses
Don't use our site for anything illegal, spam, malware, harassment, or anything that interferes with the site's security or how it works.
Referral program
Our referral program is governed by the separate Referral Partner Agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service involved. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be resolved in the state courts located in Lake County, Ohio, or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with any signed service agreement, are the full agreement between you and us about using our site and services.
Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by things beyond our reasonable control, like natural disasters, power or internet outages, or third-party platform failures.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the latest revision, and continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
