What we collect

We collect only what you choose to share with us: through our contact form (name, business, email, phone, and project details), when you book a call through our scheduling page, through the Free Visibility Check (name, email, phone, business, website, city, industry, your biggest challenge, and your quiz answers), through our referral partner signup, through the chat assistant's contact form, and your text-messaging consent if you check that box.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and to provide the services you ask for. That's it.

We never sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

Analytics and cookies

Our site uses HubSpot's tracking script, which sets cookies to count visits, see which pages are viewed, and connect form submissions to your visit. We don't use Google Analytics. Your browser also stores a few small items on your device, like your light/dark theme choice and, if you arrived through a partner's referral link, that referral code for up to 90 days. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Affiliate Links

Some partner links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When someone clicks a partner link, we log an anonymous count of which partner was clicked and from which page. We do not record your name, IP address, or any other personal information. Call Recordings

Calls may be recorded, with notice given at the start of the call. This includes calls to our business line and sales or follow-up calls we make on behalf of our clients. Recordings made for clients are shared only with the client we're calling for and are used to review call quality and improve our service. We keep recordings only as long as needed (client call recordings are deleted after 90 days) and delete them sooner on request — just email hello@northcoastwebco.com.

Chat Assistant

The chat bubble on our site is an AI assistant that answers questions using our website content. We don't save or log your chat conversation. If you choose to submit the chat contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), business type, what you need help with, and a copy of the chat so far, and email it to us so we can respond to you.

Text Messaging

We text you only if you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive texts. We use it only to communicate with you about your inquiry and our services. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Service providers we use

These providers help us run our business and process information on our behalf: HubSpot (customer records, website forms, meeting scheduling, tracking cookies, and emails); Upfirst (an AI phone assistant that answers our business line — calls are recorded and transcribed, and callers are told at the start of the call); Zapier (moves call details into our customer records); Google Workspace (business email); Google Business Profile (to show our public Google reviews); Lovable (our website hosting, database, AI chat assistant, and the service that sends form notification emails to us). We don't sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and service records only as long as needed for our business relationship or legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption on our site and the security protections our service providers offer. No system is perfect, but we take care with what you share.

Children's privacy

Our site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data breaches

If a breach involving your personal information creates a risk of identity theft or fraud, we will notify affected people as required by law.

Deleting your information
